As of 4 p.m., Thursday, July 2, Oregon Driver and Motor Services' computer system will be down as it undergoes an upgrade. During the downtime, customers may still get their vehicles tested and receive emissions certificates at DEQ Too™ locations. However, customers cannot renew their registration or tags until DMV's system is back online Monday, July 6. Then, customers can renew their registration and tags at DMV2U or at a DMV Express Kiosk.
