As of 4 p.m., Thursday, July 2, Oregon Driver and Motor Services' computer system will be down as it undergoes an upgrade. During the downtime, customers may still get their vehicles tested and receive emissions certificates at DEQ Too™ locations. However, customers cannot renew their registration or tags until DMV's system is back online Monday, July 6. Then, customers can renew their registration and tags at DMV2U or at a DMV Express Kiosk. For more information, please see the DMV press release.

DEQToo

Is your Check Engine Light On or are your DMV Stickers Expiring?

DEQ TooTM can help! DEQ is partnering with private businesses like gas stations, oil change/repair shops, car washes, etc. In addition to their other services, Participating Locations can now take care of your DEQ too using devices that transmit data to DEQ. You'll use this website to learn if DEQ passed your vehicle and then complete everything online. Or, you can test at a DEQ Clean Air Station as usual. Choose the most convenient option for your particular situation on any given day. Regardless of which option you choose, the price of DEQ's Clean Air Certificate is the same.

2005 and newer model year vehicles qualify for the DEQ Too option and the participating businesses may add a charge for using their device. Check customer eligibility for DEQ Too testing here.
